Many people today practice T'ai Chi Ch'uan for its health benefits. T'ai Chi Ch'uan is also known for its self defense by using the right amount of force and energy against your opponent. T'ai Chi Ch'uan has gain enormous popularity in the United States by the young and old. Today you will find people of all ethnic backgrounds practicing T'ai Chi Ch'uan in their local parks and recreational centers. "T'ai Chi Ch'uan" translates as "Supreme Ultimate Fist or Boxing".
